The huntracker.app website and the HunTracker mobile application are the intellectual property of Zsombor Ferenc Hérics. Copying or using the content of the website or the application, and reproducing its content unchanged or in largely identical form, whether as text or as images, is prohibited without the author's separate written consent and is subject to a fee. Displaying the content of this website or application, or its visual identity elements, on another website or in another application in a demonstrably identical form or in a similar form that infringes copyright, or publishing it in any other way, gives rise to an obligation to pay a contractual penalty. By copying or taking over the content of the website or the application and displaying or using it on their own website or on any online interface available on the internet, a third party expressly acknowledges and accepts the obligation to pay a contractual penalty of EUR 1,000 per copied element and per copied paragraph. The unauthorised user further accepts that, where notarial certification is used as evidence, the existence of that certification in itself proves the fact of copying.
