Inviting friends and earning free months
Invite a friend; when they first pay for Pro, you both get free months. Here is how to send an invitation, where your code is, and how to add the months you have earned.
Send a friend an invitation
- Open Hunter › Friends and tap Invite.
- In Invite a friend, tap Share invitation and send the link in any chat.
- Your friend taps the link and then Accept invitation. You are friends at once, and can share hunts with each other.
Tip This link is private and stops working after 48 hours, so send it to one person, not to a group or a post.
Share your referral code
Your referral code is yours for good: put it on a poster at the shooting range, in a club newsletter or a post. Someone who signs up with it counts as your referral, but does not become your friend in the app.
- Open Hunter › Referrals.
- On Your referral code, tap Show QR / code.
- Show the QR code, Copy the code, Copy link, or Share as image for a ready-made invitation card.
- A new hunter types the code into the Invitation code field when they sign up, or opens your link.
Tip New link and code replaces both at once. The old ones stop working; the people who already used them still count.
How the reward works
When a friend you invited pays for Pro for the first time, after their free trial, you both get free Pro: one month when they choose the monthly plan, two months for the annual plan. The reward is ready 14 days after that first payment.
You can earn up to 12 months of free Pro a year by inviting. Only friends who never had Pro or a trial before count, and earned months never expire.
Add your free months
- Open Hunter › Referrals, or the Pro screen. The Free months card shows how many months you can add.
- Tap the Add button on the card and confirm. The dialog shows when your paid period ends and when the free months run.
- The months start at your next renewal, so your next payment simply moves later.
Tip Not subscribed yet? Your months wait for you: subscribe, then add them with one tap. On iPhone, months are added on an iPhone or iPad with iOS 17.4 or later; on Android, from any device.

Questions and answers
Does my friend see my hunts after accepting?
No. Friends see only the hunts one of you shares with the other.
My friend's invitation link has expired. What now?
Send a new one: Hunter › Friends › Invite › Share invitation. Each link works for 48 hours.
Can I add free months more than once?
Yes, once per billing period. The card says when you can add again.
