Notes
- Stags whose antlers carry at least one tine; stalking and hides only, never in driven hunts.
- Shot under the approved shooting plan (plan de tir) for your hunting lot; every red deer shot must be reported to the Nature and Forest Agency (ANF) within 12 hours.
- Stags with unbranched antlers (spikers), whatever their age. Driven hunts only from 17 October 2026 to 31 January 2027.
- Stalking and hides during the whole window; driven hunts only from 17 October 2026 to 31 January 2027.
- Roe deer are shot under the approved shooting plan (plan de tir) for your hunting lot.
- Driven hunts with hounds from 17 October 2026 to 31 January 2027, and in maize fields in open country from 1 August 2026.
- Driven hunts with hounds only from 17 October 2026 to 31 January 2027; outside it, stalking and hides only.
- Every animal shot must be reported to the Nature and Forest Agency (ANF) within 12 hours.
- Hunting only from one hour before sunrise to one hour after sunset.
- In open country from 1 August 2026; in woodland only from 15 September 2026.
- Introduced species treated as game; may be hunted all hunting year.
- The fox is listed as game, but its hunt has been closed all year since 2015/16 and stays closed for 2026/27.
- Listed as game, but no season is opened for it, so it may not be hunted.
- Not classed as game in Luxembourg; it may not be hunted.
