Information on the Right of Withdrawal

With regard to the digital service available within the HunTracker mobile application, pursuant to point (m) of Section 29(1) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.): “The consumer may not exercise the right provided for in Section 20 in respect of digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium if the business commenced performance with the consumer’s express prior consent, and the consumer simultaneously acknowledged that, once performance had begun, the consumer would lose the right provided for in Section 20, and the business sent confirmation to the consumer in accordance with Section 12(2) or Section 18.”

In the HunTracker mobile application, you can place an order for the service only after you have expressly consented to the business commencing performance within the 14-day withdrawal period and, at the same time, acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal.

When placing the order, by ticking the separate checkbox provided for this purpose, you gave your prior consent for us to commence performance of the digital service immediately after the order was placed, and you also acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal.

In the order confirmation, we inform you that, because you initiated the download of the digital content within the 14-day withdrawal/termination period, you acknowledged and accepted that by doing so you waive your right of withdrawal/termination.
