Information on the Right of Withdrawal

Legal basis. With regard to the digital service available within the HunTracker mobile application (HunTracker Pro), point (m) of Section 29(1) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) applies: “The consumer may not exercise the right provided for in Section 20 in respect of digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium if the business commenced performance with the consumer’s express prior consent, and the consumer simultaneously acknowledged that, once performance had begun, the consumer would lose the right provided for in Section 20, and the business sent confirmation to the consumer in accordance with Section 12(2) or Section 18.”

How you order. HunTracker Pro can be bought only through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You place the order in the store’s own purchase sheet, which shows the subscription, its price and its renewal before you confirm. The HunTracker application has no separate order form or checkbox of its own.

Your consent. By confirming the purchase in the store’s purchase sheet, you expressly request that we begin providing HunTracker Pro immediately, within the 14-day withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that once performance has begun you lose your right of withdrawal (see also the General Terms and Conditions).

Confirmation. The confirmation of the contract is the receipt that Apple or Google sends you by e-mail after the purchase; it is also kept in your store account’s purchase history. HunTracker does not send a separate order confirmation.

Free trial and refunds. If you have not subscribed before, your subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel it before it ends (in the App Store at least 24 hours before, in Google Play before it ends), and nothing is charged. Refund requests for a charge are decided by the store under its own rules: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google in your Google Play purchase history.
