Stone marten hunting seasons
Stone marten (Martes foina): the open season in every country HunTracker covers, by sex and age class.
Notes
- Austria: Provincial hunting laws (Landesjagdgesetze) may establish differing seasons and local closed periods.
- Czechia: Transitional measures and emergency measures under Decree 245/2002 Sb. § 2a take precedence.
- Germany: Federal hunting season. The 16 federal states (Bundesländer) may establish different or more restrictive seasons in their own regulations.
- Poland: Hunting seasons under the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2005 as amended.
- Romania: Seasons pursuant to Annex 1 of Hunting Law No. 407/2006. Harvests are subject to annual ministerial quotas and permits.
- Slovakia: National hunting seasons under Section 71 of Decree 344/2009 Z. z. Territorial restrictions may apply.
- Switzerland: Federal framework seasons under the Swiss Federal Hunting Act (JSG). The 26 cantons annual regulations take precedence.
