  1. Czechia: Transitional measures and emergency measures under Decree 245/2002 Sb. § 2a take precedence.
  2. Finland: National baseline hunting seasons in Finland. Certain species and areas require specific permits or regional quotas.
  3. Germany: Federal hunting season. The 16 federal states (Bundesländer) may establish different or more restrictive seasons in their own regulations.
  4. Hungary: The combined daily bag for greylag goose, bean goose and greater white-fronted goose is 6, including at most 2 bean geese.
  5. Norway: National seasons under the 2022–2028 regulation of Miljødirektoratet. County-level restrictions and quotas may apply.
  6. Poland: Hunting seasons under the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2005 as amended.
  7. Romania: Seasons pursuant to Annex 1 of Hunting Law No. 407/2006. Harvests are subject to annual ministerial quotas and permits.
  8. Slovakia: National hunting seasons under Section 71 of Decree 344/2009 Z. z. Territorial restrictions may apply.
  9. Sweden: Swedish Hunting Ordinance (Jaktförordning). Regional variations by län (county) apply.
